Company NewsSpring Team Building Trip to Wuxi: Lakes, Zen Light, and a Stronger Team
To enrich employees' cultural life, ease work pressure, and strengthen team cohesion, Nanjing Dconntek organized a two-day spring team building trip to Wuxi. Stepping away from busy desks, everyone found calm beside lakes and mountains, shared laughter under cherry blossoms, and returned with renewed energy for the road ahead.
On the morning of April 17, under clear spring sunshine, all employees gathered at the company and boarded the bus for Wuxi. Conversation and laughter filled the ride; the usual workday tension gave way to ease. After more than two hours on the road, the group arrived and began the first day of the journey.
Day 1 — Lingshan Giant Buddha & Nianhua Bay
The first stop was Lingshan Giant Buddha, a national AAAAA-level scenic area known for its profound Buddhist heritage. Walking slowly along Dengyun Road, colleagues looked up together at the solemn figure of the Buddha and paused in the quiet atmosphere. Photos were taken, care was shared, and the distance between teammates grew shorter with every step.
In the evening, the group entered Nianhua Bay, a Zen-inspired town glowing with night scenery. White walls, dark tiles, and colorful lights turned the streets into a warm, romantic landscape. Some wandered through alleys, some watched light-and-shadow performances, and others talked about life and work in small circles—releasing daily pressure and enjoying the simple joy of walking side by side.
Day 2 — Yuantouzhu in Late Cherry Blossom Season
On April 18, the team set out again for Yuantouzhu. Late cherry blossoms were in full bloom, pink and white petals set against lakes and hills—the classic beauty of Jiangnan spring. Employees strolled the lakeside paths, moved through cherry forests, and stopped for photos. Some took a cruise to feel the expanse of Taihu Lake; others chose postcards to keep the memory. Throughout the day, mutual help and patience reflected the positive, united spirit of Nanjing Dconntek.

As the two-day program drew to a close, everyone returned with reluctance—and with fuller hearts.
